The Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation Online Exhibitions 2004

The Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation is pleased to introduce two online exhibitions curated by graduate students from The Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, New York and Columbia University/ Whitney: Modern Art and Curatorial Studies program, New York.

This new project endeavors to increase access to the Mapplethorpe archive by engaging emerging curators and writers with the work of Robert Mapplethorpe, in particular the works in the archive that have rarely or never before been exhibited.
